Saving data prior to cancelling 365 subscription - Microsoft Community


after disastrous attempt @ ms office tech support, need try save data can before cancelling subscription.  outlook data important, years of business calendars, emails etc. critical business. please help.

you might better off seeking local pc club, or possibly pc shop (not big brand outfit)

if comcast a/c set pop, data still exists on local pc in pst data files

as observation, , future reference, if use outlook.com mail account sync across devices, mail/calendar/contacts/tasks sync
