Shared Calendar & Outlook Web App - Microsoft Community


hi all,

i'm having issues shared calendars , outlook web app, , love help. example, create calendar in outlook (called test calendar). share test calendar colleague. colleague can see test calendar in outlook through outlook.office.com, test calendar not show in outlook web app. not sure matters, granted edit rights colleague calendar. else having issue, , there fixes this? in advance!

detailed information , screenshots. description, understand colleague trying open shared exchange calendar via using outlook 2016 mac.

if so, need create shared calendars under default "calendar" folder can access shared calendar via using outlook 2016 mac.

in outlook 2016 mac, cannot open shared calendar folder not sub-calendar of user's shared default calendar folder.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
