Unable to start Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i having issues trying start outlook. loads , error message stating outlook has stopped working , asks close program.

previously had been given information of doing network reset, has resolved issue till next update rollout, when go through again. not fixing time.

i have completed system scan no errors , if try start outlook in safe mode detects error , closes program.

the event log show message normal outlook startup:

hi peter,

some corrupted system files may causing issue outlook. recommend repairing outlook see if address crashes. please check out article more information repairing outlook or other office applications.

feel free post on thread if need further assistance.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
