Group function greyed out - Microsoft Community

i having same problem group function greyed out.  i inserted png files using insert/picture method.  i have ensured there no placeholders.  i have tried saving 97-2003 format it's greyed out.  i don't see option under insert/shapes drawing canvas?

i using powerpoint 2016.  i wanted use morph function seems falling @ first hurdle!

edit: checked , let me group 4 not 5 or more.  i trying group 7 pictures.  is limit 4?!

edit2: process of elimination worked out 1 of pictures not group @ all.  i deleted , repasted slide (used copy/paste slide inserted png to).  then worked.  i have no idea original problem was, used same method.  any ideas?

the drawing canvas function available in word, not in powerpoint.

since using powerpoint, i'm creating separate thread question.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
