windows 10 update ran yesterday and, not first time, has meant cant access outlook. have spent morning repairing outlook, running administrator, running in safe mode , failed.

well done microsoft successful upgrade. considering invoicing microsoft time spent fixing problems seem arise after every windows update/ catastrophe. technology @ best...not.

cue ms support person responding lines of code me type in or convoluted steps dont work. when microsoft learn customers arent , dont want programmers or experts more buyers of samsung tv want tv repair people. want our technology reliable , work. wishful thinking!

repair didn't work (tried several times , still couldn't access outlook) reinstall (after 4 attempts) resolved problem.
