Outlook Contact Categories being removed when forwarding - Microsoft Community


hi,

we use categories extensively on our contacts have noticed if forwards new contact categories assigned, these stripped out recipient never sees them.

we using same exchange domain.

is there way set registry value or option in exchange maintain categories when forwarded an outlook contact? there not seem obvious.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
