Email signature in Outlook Mac 2016 - Microsoft Community

i have same issue.

i've never had issue before.

i had email signature in place worked fine (formatting , all). changed our logo , i've tried change our new email signature, outlook strips text formatting (other bold) out paste, , there no formatting functionalities available.

i've included side-by-side screenshot (identifying details blacked out) of signature should (as pasted body of email) , (in signatures editor)—note there no menu allowing me edit formatting in signature window, used option.

the signatures window keeps bold, eliminates font color , size:

1. detailed version of outlook mac client using. (in outlook> outlook.)
2. affected signature directly created in signature editor in outlook mac? if not, specify detailed steps of how , created signature?
3. screenshot when send new email problematic signature.
4. issue occur other co-workers use outlook mac in organization? if not, try same process on devices , check result?
5. have tried creating html signature in outlook web app office 365 account see if issue can reproduced?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
