How do I highlight emails with a color in Mac 2017 Outlook? - Microsoft Community


when opened microsoft outlook morning, emails tagged 'follow up', no longer highlighted in yellow. (there bunch of grid lines now.)

i organize emails color coding them. used tag them categories, feature removed on macs. compromised marking emails 'follow up' highlighted yellow. gone too!

i've read a  "conditional formatting" option, on windows not mac os x.

can please help? go through hundreds of emails week @ work , has broken workflow.
