outlook may crash multiple reasons. may try running online repair see if issue can fixed. sometimes, reinstalling office may fix crash issue. if doesn’t work, need collect crash log , dump log further analysis(for detailed steps, may refer original thread). have left private message collect log , may access via link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list.
