Paste Special as Picture Disabled - Microsoft Community


have been copying data excel, , pasting them outlook client new email paste special>picture. however, today, option disabled in outlook. have tried changing rtf html , vice versa. nothing seems work. cannot paste special picture. please help. windows 7 office 2013.
