"Search People" in outlook 2010 using windows 7. - Microsoft Community


hi,

we have user having problem "search people" in outlook 2010.  when typing name, showing correct result.  but when user trying search people using employee id, result 'search people' showing phone number.

for example, user searching employee , id of 9029485, result shown +19029485 - have confirmed user 9029485 active , not hidden in address book.

we have launch outlook in safe mode, same result.  updated user's gal, same result.  rebuild user's outlook profile , ost file, same result.

what next steps do? 

would please assist us? please.

if issue persists after performing troubleshooting, suggest check program configuration know what's causing problem using microsoft office configuration analyzer tool. after scan, provide link troubleshooting steps resolve issue.
