powerpoint recovery of file - Microsoft Community


hello there, creating powerpoint file, saved, closed, tried reopen file contents not appearing. mean can see size of file assure not empty, when open there no slide , says click insert new slide. when open empty/ new file

can me here?

please make note of file name appears in windows. when open in powerpoint, title of powerpoint window same file name, or presentation1 - microsoft  powerpoint? if so, haven't opened file, have created new blank presentation.

have tried methods of opening? double-clicking on icon? using file>open in powerpoint? creating new blank presentation , using insert>object>from file?
