pptx to pdf conversion issues with EMF graphics - Microsoft Community


when create graphics using mathematical software (igor pro), preferred method paste figures powerpoint using emf file type.

this format far looks best, because when zooming in examine close details, vector graphics scale nicely.

two problems format though:

1) colleagues using macs cannot view figures

2) when converting pdf, figures shrink or rearranged.

to clear, there several emf options available me when exporting graphics.

i can choose different graphics modes: gdi, gdi+, , qt graphics

the emf, gdi mode looks bad in pptx format, converts pdf , looks great

the emf, gdi+ mode looks great in pptx format, shrunk when converted pdf

the emf, qt mode looks great in pptx format, shrunk when converted pdf

i can paste graphics png (or other file types) in of graphics modes well; bad in pptx format convert pdf @ right size, still bad.

note - using windows 10, , date office 365

why these emf files shrunk when converting pdf?

is there setting make these convert pdf appropriately?

i don't have answer you, if post example emfs in each of formats, i'll happy try reproduce problem , if that's possible, try sample files appropriate people @ microsoft.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
