Poor support - Microsoft Community


apple person, must microsoft service consistently poor. use office 365. when have problems apple products, have called applecare , gotten immediate people in usa not have canned script bears no relevance issue required reading, according script. therefore, never buy microsoft hardware. call set , 2 hours past time, call has still not happened. nothing new that. required choosing of category , topic one's issue not listed part of problem well.

we're volunteers here, part, , not ms employees.

we can't improve microsoft's support we're here problem you're having, if can.
