Recieved Outlook Recurring Meeting Displays conflicting Information - Microsoft Community


i have team member in australia.  he has sent me recurring meeting track our weekly 1:1's.  when meeting shows on calendar, sits in right spot on calendar; however, if open up, stating recurrence set next day.  the time appears off.

in attached screenshot, see meeting on calendar 3pm on wednesdays.  the open instance of meeting indicates 5pm on thursdays.

i assuming getting lost in translation, since indeed thursday mornings him in australia, wednesday afternoons me.

i believe causing issues calendar syncing tool using.  the tool seems accounting timezone offset, setting meeting 3pm, placing on thursdays me instead of wednesdays.

anything can on side?
