Embedded Video Audio Problems - Microsoft Community


hey community,

i have created powerpoint embedded video in ppt , when present ppt on goto meeting embedded video's audio couple seconds off video or attendees can not hear volume @ all.

any suggestions on how fix problem?

from version number of powerpoint, understand using old version of office 2016 (one-time purchase) , powerpoint document created on it.

since office 2016 mac has released new versions, mind start powerpoint , choose help > check updates to install new updates on machine. microsoft autoupdate installed first if prompted.

after process above finished, open document again check outcome. if issue persists, still have seconds of audio missing, please create new document , have sample video embedded check whether seconds of audio missing.

if issue persists, please share following information case:

1) version number after update office 2016 mac;

2) mac os version number;

3) detailed steps on how insert video;

4) sample powerpoint document , sample video. protect privacy, have sent private message. can find message via following url https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list.
