How to share calendar - Microsoft Community


hello everyone,

i work in small consulting company (5 people). suggested share our calenders, can see each other's schedule. problem non of have possibity press "share kalender" - pless see attached picture (in attached picture says "del kalender", means "share kalender"  in danish)

can me out? :)

hi,

in sharing outlook.com calendar other people, able add calendar calendar view in outlook. depending on permission give them, can view , edit calendar.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
