hi,

for find out if related program itself, please answer things:

  • are problems present on both computers no matter email account use?
  • have checked available updates outlook in windows update?

try launch outlook in safe mode , see if same problems occur. can check page reference on how run office apps in safe mode.

we suggest check link repairing office applications , see if doing in resolving issue.

keep posted.
