Problems with accessing connected accounts - Microsoft Community


i unable access "group mailbox" 365 personal account. when login personal account, attempting open mailbox dropdown on profile tab, returns error "the custom error module not recognize error."

issue posted service health dashboard (shd) incident ex97343 starting @ monday, march 27, 2017 06:45:00 am (utc). user experience of incident is: users may unable access shared mailboxes in outlook on web.

more info: users receive error message states: "the custom error module not recognize error." while we're focused on remediation, users may access shared mailboxes through outlook client. tenant administrators can view current information , updates on shd @ link here

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
