edward - i'm having issue when email customers starting morning.  i read through replies didn't see how resolve , can tell onmicrosoft.com domain has been delisted don't know how resolve it.

also co-workers don't have issue don't think it's domain specific think it's email account.  any appreciated.

first, please try steps in following article , see if can delist affected user yourself. please note need office 365 administrator account perform steps. if you’re not administrator, please involve one.
removing user, domain, or ip address block list after sending spam email.

if doesn’t work you, need collect detailed ndrs (non delivery reports) , tenant information can report issue our relevant team. solve end.

note: if not admin, please involve office 365 admin , information.
