Unable to setup a Rule to Forward a Voicemail Attachment - Microsoft Community

(i didn't know whether reply here, or original sept 2016 thread... i'm replying both because important issue us.  know, that's lame, can do?)

i have same issue op in september 2016 thread started thread: 

using o365, skype business, cloud pbx, pstn calling

i need able forward vm message on receipt particular user.

i've set of user's email forwarded distribution list.

i've tried creating rule forward voicemail type messages.

email sent user gets forwarded... vm never gets forwarded.

help?

could please create test rule following screenshot see if can forward voice mail?

the inbox rules labeled "message type: voice mail" customers local pbx or 3rd party service uses either unified messaging or standard smtp transport deliver messages office 365. skype business pbx uses ews, bypasses rules, due connection type.

 

when run rule manually, it's not checking how voice mail got in box, it's checking if voice mail. same scenario rules whole. message isn't delivered email, no rules nor message trace can see it.
