I can't seem to send emails to Yahoo accounts from Outlook 16 - Microsoft Community

we know more concern regarding account in outlook 2016. receiving emails yahoo account? using microsoft account when logging in outlook.com? issue persist on yahoo account or yahoo contacts on account?
