MS Outlook 365 calendar appointment last minute cancellations - Microsoft Community


hello,

i delegate number of outlook 365 users in our organization. 1 user (kk) having issue meeting cancellation notices going out 15 minutes before start time multiple meetings same internal colleague (mr). meeting invitation sent delegate (me) pc. when others on meeting invites still seems (mr) 1 gets canceled.

a couple of things note: both users accepting meeting notifications on phones, , both use iphone mail app vs. outlook mail app , calendar appointments coming pc on full version of outlook. ideas why might happening , machine, phone, etc. causing problem?

to add information:

  • mr accepted calendar invite today on pc (but not case , has happened when accepted on phone).
  • kk did not touch invite after sent. however, when cancellation message forwarded, noticed had disappeared (or never appeared) on iphone; however, on pc , not canceled on calendar.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
