My color categories keep switching back! - Microsoft Community


outlook kept changing color of 1 of categories let go, unable change different category in calendar section. change it, go assign , has changed back! in addition, no longer lets me assign color when making assignment. have close appointment categorize it. know how fix this?

if using outlook mac 15.30(170107), have known issue , has been fixed in latest update of insider fast channel. may wait update production channel.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
