My "App" options are different depending on what 365 online - Microsoft Community

within past 2 weeks i've noticed when go log onto office 365 account , go either calendar, or outlook (online versions), application options different. unable access onedrive, sharepoint, or else when in calendar or outlook online. it's weird. if type in sharepoint address in browser, shows apps used to. did unknowingly change setting? how can show app options across board? appreciated!
i've included screenshots of different app access options. first limited access when on calendar or outlook operations online, second full access options want available everywhere!

fyi experience on browsers (edge, chrome, explorer, , firefox) , on toshiba laptop, desktop, as my surface book... windows 10!
thank you!!
