Outlook 2016 running slowly after moving to office365 email - Microsoft Community


we moved office 365 our emails in october last year , office 2016 in december , since last week starting staff saying outlook running , in cases not responding. have tried outlook repair, windows updates, turning off cache mode , recreating profile but every day getting new group of people have problem. we also have of same people having problem starting again. the internet working fine , office 365 portal email also fine, not outlook......we have mixture of staff archives, no archives, many calendars , one.

we have tried same staff members on different pc , same problem. messages outlook not being able connect server....

staff starting lose confidence , need find fix please. ideas?

 

 i suspect related ms office outlook , not outlook.com (browser based) posted this.  if correct please either repost in ms office category version have using category tab @ top of page, or move thread there.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
