Outlook for Mac 2016 (15.30 (170107)) continually - Microsoft Community

hi monique

i running office mac build 15.32 , still encounter same issue.

i've tried tricks, deleting keychain , on, issue temporarily solved , show again after closing , restarting outlook mac.

i have no problem when using other mail clients on other platforms (windows or ios) same mail account. mail.app on mac working smoothly account.
mac running mac os x el capitan version 10.11.6 (15g1217)

firstly, i’d know type of account using. based on experience, solution of outlook mac 2016 asking account password problem clear keychain. since mentioned have tried deleting keychain, i’d know if following steps:

· make sure quite outlook , other office apps. go keychain access

· search "exchange" under login --> items , delete everything

· search "office" , delete everything

· search "adal" , delete everything 

· launch outlook

 

if not, please try above steps , check if problem persists. meanwhile, i’d know when issue occurs. when wake mac machine, when typing words in outlook mac client or randomly? also, please provide detailed version of outlook mac client, looks 15.32 (170304).

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
