hi

i have multiple outlook email accounts. 2 show in side bar correctly , third displays below

outlook_random numbers , letter *** email address removed privacy ***

i.e. *** email address removed privacy *** and appears name of data file.

the email address on incoming / outgoing emails presented in correct  way i.e *** email address removed privacy ***

does know of way correct this?

  • have tried remove , re-add account affected?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
