Outlook.com BUG Deleted ALL My Email Rules TWICE!! - Microsoft Community


i have updated outlook.com email connect outlook 2013 desktop software on win10 latest updates.

twice have had email rules deleted bug in outlook.com

they first deleted during update new connector desktop software.

i have been patiently recreating dozens of rules using outlook.com interface in internet explorer. encountered error message during process of making email rule , bam rules gone. again!.

i don't want manual rule recreation process again if disappear once more.

any ideas?

  • which email server type using when connect outlook.com account outlook 2013 (pop3, imap, or exchange)?
  • are rules deleted outlook.com itself, or it's missing outlook 2013? or both?

you can refer support article on how backup rules in outlook 2013 recover rules you've setup.
