i have problem! noticed problem since mac sierra 10.12.4 update. i'm running outlook office mac 14.7.4. blue box appears after mail sent- , when screenshot pasted directly mail body via mac keyboard shortcut copy screen selection clipboard. attaching images fine. have noted mac update moved outlook temp out of previous file path of [~/library/caches/temporaryitems/outlook temp] to  randomly named private var folder.

in situation, suggest try uninstall outlook mac 2011 referring article: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/troubleshoot-office-2011-for-mac-issues-by-completely-uninstalling-before-you-reinstall-ba8d8d13-0015-4eea-b60b-7719c2cedd17 , , reinstall it.

note: before create new profile, please backup mailbox data export items archive file in outlook mac .

and based on knowledge, temp folder of outlook mac not located in [~/library/caches/temporaryitems/outlook temp].

meanwhile, outlook mac 2016 has more useful and powerful features can deal daily work emails , other related requirements, so we recommend switch outlook mac 2011 client outlook mac 2016 client better user experience.
