Sending / Receiving Attachments Issue - Microsoft Community


we pay monthly office 365. have 2 office 365 e-mails through go daddy. both computers run win 10. 

on daily basis, send , receive e-mails pdf attachments. have no issues except 1 of our business clients. cannot receive attachments 1 of our e-mails, can other. client has older outlook, not sure version.

email - issues

email b - no issues

we lot of e-mailing client , sending attachments. there times email a's attachments sporadically, not getting anything. there limit per month/year can end attachment another? why can email b have no issues, email does? can filter have no attachments e-mail?  is our end or clients end? client has told email 1 have issues with.  what can problem?

since issue persists email a, suggestion can sending same email account. example, outlook.com or hotmail.com. suppose there might rule restricts email attachment delivered client. rule can “if email words, remove attachment” or that. thus, may try send test email content can “123abc” same attachment client , see if same issue.

rule, has prerequisite of either sender or recipient, may let user in organization send same email same attachment client if possible.

actually, since email b has no problem, may try re-sending email b replacing original attachment of email b same attachment of email check result.
