Unable to open documents attached to calendar entries after updates - Microsoft Community


hello, 

following updates automatically installed terminal server on 14th of jun 2017, users unable open documents , files had been attached calendar entries. 

removing these updates allowed mentioned functionality return. 

there around 40 updates. 

is known update causes issue? 

regrettably, did not make note of kb numbers when installing, time constraints issue.

since using terminal server, checking on may require level of expertise, recommend posting concern in our technet forum. general audience in there ranging advance computer users i.t professionals hence, should able provide needed information. you'd have better chances of getting other i.t professionals there.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
