Cannot send/receive emails from my Comcast server - Microsoft Community


i moved .pst mail file different drive on desktop computer. opened outlook , revised account settings point new file disk location. able view .pst mail account in outlook, can't send/receive comcast server. stepped thru account settings repair steps , able configure pop server settings. but, click on send/receive email, following error on both send , receive side "error (0x8004010f) : outlook data file cannot accessed". there must place need update new file disk location .pst file, can't figure out how/where? please help!

ps: using outlook 2010 on windows 7 professional computer.

to address concern, locate default outlook data file, , create new outlook profile. please check article: error 0x8004010f when try send or receive email in outlook 2010 or outlook 2013.
