since same issue may have different causes, let focus on issue encountered.

 

first of all, did try solution in following third party article?

if not, please try it. however, if have tried , issue persists, i’d collect following information better understand situation:

  1. the detailed version of outlook mac 2011 client.
  2. do have backup of email data such .olm file , time machine? if have, recommended create new outlook profile , import email data new profile or recover via time machine.
