hello,

i having same problem.

1. have tried update via file>office account>update options>update no luck.

2. have switched wireless lan , tried adjusting proxy settings no avail.

3. office installed office 365 portal when try install office apps says "your admin has turned off office installs. contact admin more information how office in organization."

4. i'm running outlook 2016 version 16.0.6965.2092 , windows 7 enterprise (sp1)

please open internet explorer, click settings > internet options > connections > lan settings, under proxy server, make sure use proxy server lan unchecked below:
 

 
if option has been unchecked, please use roiscan.vbs tool provide me system information. have sent private message show how roiscan.vbs tool. please access via
