error may occur because there meeting request or cancellation items in inbox in outlook. can try steps below fix it:
1. start outlook.
2. if there meeting request items in inbox, act on them accepting meeting, declining meeting, or proposing new time.
3. if there meeting cancellations in inbox, act on them clicking remove calendar option.
4. going forward, work in outlook normal. however, act on new meeting requests or cancellations arrive in inbox.
note: if outlook continues crash after completing these steps, check other folders meeting requests , cancellations , act on them accordingly.
