No Screen time image in Weekly activity report email in Outlook 2016 - - Microsoft Community


i have been asked start new thread topic... here go.

i have been having problem quite while microsoft family weekly activity report "screen time" display not show in outlook 2016 client e-mail.

if connect cable provider's email website, can view image there.  can view image when download mail onto iphone... appear issue outlook client itself.

it appears particular png source file not want displayed in e-mail.   particular html line in e-mail looks -- <img style="display:block;" src="https://account.microsoft.com/family/chart/screentime-chart.png?data=xxxxx-xxx:windows 10 pc:93,0,39,17,0,0,89|xxxxx-xxx:windows 10 pc:0,67,67,71,34,43,67&amp;width=560&amp;height=400&amp;culture=en-us&amp;startdate=2017-06-22t00:00:00">

os = windows 10 pro version 1607 (os build 14393.1358)

outlook 2016... or more "office 365 version 1705 (build 8201.2102 click-to-run)"

in cases, issue may occur if there changes on view settings of outlook 2016.

for provide best resolution possible, ask following:

  • have made recent changes on computer prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • can send screenshot of issue?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
