Office 365 mail not working - Microsoft Community


have on last 2 months had constant issues receiving , sending of emails. our domain [domain removed moderator] , several email bookings, operations. can done customers calling , complaining cant email suggests failed can email out? not 1 client many

customers can’t send emails mailbox can still send emails out. said complained suggests failed, mean encountered error message when sending emails you? if so, please capture screenshots of entire error message.
meanwhile, confirm whether can receive emails internal organization , whether customers use office 365 accounts or non-office 365 email account gmail account.
