office 365 - Microsoft Community


hoping can regarding office 365 problem have noticed.
 
 
when log on , read email @ home click mark unread (so remember deal in office) references previous emails. (6) appears.
 
 
then when in office, have recent email plus 5 other linked emails marked unread (see emails 3 weeks ago). these have been dealt previously.
 
is there setting can stop link occurring?

we seeing here have concerns regarding emails in office 365. kindly upload again images on post isolate issue. have made changes or installed updates prior issue? experiencing issue in outlook?
