Outlook dat files - Microsoft Community


afternoon,

i have user says autocomplete entries have become corrupted , mixed entries other users.

some of autocomplete entries have gone , has never emailed in list.

i've found dat file , i've gone through , checked , entries has said emails quite not there.

i did import old nk2 file , created new dat file, when asked if problem had been resolved, user said hadn't. checked location of dat file , seems outlook created new one, same 1 had incorrect entries.

anyone know why might be?

we using office 2016, on terminal servers running 2012 r2.
