PowerPoint won't keep me logged in. - Microsoft Community


i've been trying sign in on powerpoint 2016 on mac running issues. signs me in, no more 5 seconds later signs me out. no matter how many times try, doesn't keep me signed in.

troubleshot issue, try resetting keychain on mac via following article see if issue can fixed: if mac keeps asking login keychain password. 

if issue persists, confirm following details: 

1. version of office mac using? 
2. office 365 subscription purchased? install office in office 365 business plan?
