when ever type quote " or ' email appears fine. when replies email " or  ' changed different letter such supperscript 1 or e.

how change this?

open outlook> click preference on taskbar> composing> under “format , account”, choose “unicode (utf-8)”

if problem persists, need collect following information troubleshoot:

  1. provide full view screenshots of initial email “send items” folder , replied email via pm.
  2. the detailed version of outlook. (open outlook > click outlook in taskbar> outlook)
  3. are quotes changed every time specific senders or senders?
