Sharing meeting rooms between 2 office365 Domains/Accounts - Microsoft Community

hi julian! 

have chance found solution following problem:

to us, viewing meeting room in scheduling assistant not enough. users in our other tenants able view calendar in regular way, e.g. when open calendar calendar using "open calendar" in outlook. not work using organizational sharing. 

i've tried sharing calendar meeting room itself, workaround i've found using webgui.

know long shot thread dead now, i'm giving shot anyways.

i understand want let users view tenant’s calendar in outlook client. if misunderstood, please let me know.

to achieve goal, need enable calendar sharing using office 365 admin center firstly referring article: share calendars external users.

then, can share calendar in owa article mentions or in outlook client.

you can open calendar in outlook client clicking open calendar image above shows. or accept sharing in email message directly.
