Substitute resources - Microsoft Community


can use resource substitution wizard if don't have enterprise server? i'm using project 2016 online , have set separate resource pool file. i'm trying figure out way make resource management easier if resources on allocated. i've read resource substitution wizard not sure if available me. thanks.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
