after upgrade outlook 2016 not launch, “outlook cannot log on. verify connected network , using proper server , mailbox name. microsoft exchange information service in profile missing required information

i need urgently. have been getting error consistently , keeps coming after while. why happening? keep on having delete , uninstall , reconnect office 365 account past it.

i've seen post deleting 

hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\profiles\outlook

which in process of doing but don't know if quick fix or actual answer , final solution problem.

using windows 10 pro (10.0.14393)

ms outlook 2016 mso (16.0.7571.7095) 32-bit

 

hi, non of efforts have been successful in fixing issue. coupled error "system resources critically low, please close tabs". there nothing running , resources fine in task manager.

please help.
