Cannot remove slide master animations - Microsoft Community


i'm trying remove silly animations came company template cannot find way rid of them. title slide image , subtitle animated no reason. want them displayed go.

i've tried go slide master there no animations shown, cannot remove them. i've tried deleting , reinserting image , text placeholders regenerated ones again animated. ???? more ideas can try?

can confirm if have recent updates office 2011 mac? provide current version of office 2011 verify.

 

on inserting slides, try inserting default slide template , check outcome. verify if have add-ins enabled powerpoint. disable add-ins via tools > add-ins.

 

try starting in safe mode, check if there differences when inserting new slide. start in safe mode, follow steps on link.

 

if issue persists, provide screenshot of slide master view, steps did on how encounter issue.
