how stop getting emails have sent, copied me well, in inbox?

if using outlook client (e.g. outlook 2013, outlook 2016), issue may related outlook client using. please try following suggestions see if there improvement:

  1. upgrade outlook client latest version click file > office account > update options > update now.
  2. repair outlook client.
  3. download , run sara tool diagnose outlook client.
  4. try running clean boot eliminate software conflicts. https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/kb/929135
  5. start outlook client in safe-mode referring following steps:
    1. choose start > run.
    2. type outlook /safe, , choose ok.

if issue persists, please share information requested above in initial post can understand situation better.
