every day spend time deleting hundreds of emails multiple senders, same email repeated time , time again, issue outlook on 365, if how can stop it.

it getting annoying, how love technology.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
