Missing Contacts - Microsoft Community


running microsoft 365 on exchange.  have been using outlook contact list on 15 years, several hundred contacts.  today have 10 contacts, others have disappeared.  running windows 10 , have windows phone.

i have carbonite there should backup, not familiar process of restoring pst file.

if have backup, can refer outlook 2016 , 2013: import outlook items .pst file part in article below import pst file office 365 account via outlook client:

note: select replace duplicates items imported @ step 5.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
