Outlook 2010 Auto Print Error with PDF Reader "Unable to locate - Microsoft Community


last month received complaints of users attachments not printing. have p/o's , other pdf's setup auto print when received in email via outlook 2010. have been trying find resolution have been unable.

i have did not have setup on workstation figured if work on mine system / profile / or software. set work email auto print attachments through outlook rules. have tried pdf's, doc, docx, xsl, xslx, , txt none of them printing. opened adobe acrobat reader dc, adobe acrobat 8 , foxit reader , changed each 1 default reader pdf's , resent email attachment. of them had error popup saying " there error opening document. file cannot found.". looked found outlook deleting file puts temporary folder. popup in there , gone , no not hidden. 

is there way stop file being deleted right away , go being deleted when close out of outlook used to? or there way google's side since our email through? free ideal cost if there software since have 3 employees utilize function.

  • were there recent changes on outlook settings?
  • did perform update?
